TRIPLE WASH SYSTEM

The Triple Wash System is an unique washing system for spinach, lettuce, cabbage and mixed greens.

In less than two minutes’ time, product is gently tumbled and sprayed as it moves through three distinct washing cycles to maximize cleaning without damaging the product.

TOP QUALITY CONSTRUCTION

Made of heavy-duty stainless steel, the unit is 60″ wide, 144″ long and 55″ tall with two tanks and two individual filters for separating dirt and organic matter from the water. The System also includes two pumps and a continuous food-grade belt to move product through the spray bars mounted overhead to provide a continuous rising action. There are two large drain valves for cleaning and draining the water.
